Return Policy for Jyommalaya

At Jyommalaya, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Must include all accessories, tags, and any promotional items received.
  • Must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@jyommalaya.in with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
